Data and purposes

This website has no newsletter, user accounts or payment processing. If you use the contact form, or choose to email or call, the information you voluntarily provide — your name, email and message, together with the apartment and dates you selected — is used for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. No unnecessary data is requested and none is used for marketing. When you submit the form, this information is transmitted through Web3Forms / Web3Creative to deliver your enquiry to Stay Maspalomas. Published availability is generated from sanitised data and contains no guest names or booking details.

Technical data and recipients

Technical hosting may process connection data needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, date, browser and error logs, according to its operational configuration. An email provider is involved if you contact us by email. No analytics, advertising or marketing profiling is used.

When you follow a Booking.com or Airbnb link, or choose to contact us via WhatsApp, you leave this website and interact with an external service (WhatsApp is provided by Meta Platforms). Those platforms process your information under their own terms and policies; they are not presented here as processors for Stay Maspalomas.

Retention and international transfers

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to answer them and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations. Web3Forms states that its infrastructure is in US-East, United States; that its parent company, Web3Creative, is based in India; and that technical logs may contain personal information and are periodically deleted. Form submissions may therefore involve international processing or transfers; no claim is made that processing remains exclusively in the European Union.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing welcome@staymaspalomas.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency where appropriate.
